2024 Grant Application 

Use if you plan to develop your own project.

2024 Pre-Packaged Grant Application 

Use if you plan to use pursue the Dinner Church or Latino Ministry project.

​The application must be completed and submitted by July 15, 2024, along with supporting documents including your financial statements and the relevant signature page linked below: 

• Individual Congregations & Organizations: Standard Signature Page
• Groups of Congregations: Group Covenant

​Note: you will need to print and sign hard copies of the signature pages and upload as an attachment with your application.

You may also need to upload a Multi-Year Addendum. This one-page document must be included when a project is expected to span more than one year. The Grant Team wants to understand the entire time horizon, along with the funding needs anticipated and how you hope to meet them.

​As you work on your application, you are encouraged to refer to the “How-To Guide” found on the Apply page under Application Resources. It is a step-by-step explanation of each question in the application, including tips for how to develop your budget and the level of detail to provide.

Applicants will be notified of grant award decisions by November 1, 2024 via email.
